Shipping & Return Policy
Wildly Cozy does not offer refunds on any purchases. However, if you are unhappy with your order, you can exchange it or return it for store credit as long as the product is in its original condition (unwashed and unworn), with original tags, within 7 days of receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of a return. However, Wildly Cozy will cover the cost of shipping for the item being sent in exchange.
Please include a note inside the package you send to us that contains your name, order number and what you are exchanging for.
Please note that the following items CANNOT be exchanged or returned:
- Holiday Themed Apparel

- All orders, of available product, will ship within 1-5 business days from our warehouse.
- Wildly Cozy is not responsible for:
- Delays in shipping due to USPS
- Packages marked as “delivered” by USPS. At this point, please contact your local post office with information regarding your package. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered.
